Whether you are looking for long term or short-term housing, we have availability for you. Ask us about our short-term housing solutions. We have furnished and unfurnished units available whether you are traveling temporarily for work, internship or a student- we are happy to work with you!
Our Woodside, one bedroom unit or Rowley, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit are available for short-term rentals. Units come either furnished or unfurnished and utilities are bundled into the rental rate for convenience. Call our leasing representative for more information and availability.
AMENITIES
Our location is certainly one of our greatest amenities, being walking distance from Cleveland Park, downtown Greenville and quick access to I-385, but we didn’t forget about that apartments! All of our units feature: 10 ft. ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryers included at no extra charge. We have an elevator in the building and a trash chute for added convenience. We have surface parking wrapped around the building which is FREE and of course, we are pet friendly!!

PET POLICY
We know you love your pets and we do too! We require a $500 security deposit for tenants with pets. Additionally, pet rent is $35/month per pet. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term upon inspection of the unit. We limit the number of pets to no more than 2 per unit. Pet restrictions apply to those with VISIBLY aggressive behavior.
